MentionCraft provides AI visibility benchmarking, reports, and monitoring tools for local businesses. The Service analyzes how large language models perceive and recommend businesses across various queries.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Payments and Refunds
Paid services are billed as described at the time of purchase. One-time reports are non-refundable once generated. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, taking effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
- Resell access to the Service without authorization
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and data provided through the Service are the property of MentionCraft or its licensors. Reports generated for you are licensed for your internal business use.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI visibility data reflects statistical estimates and should not be treated as guarantees of business performance or search engine rankings.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MentionCraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
